What do I need for a Title Transfer?

Typically, a simple Title Transfer will require the following documents:

1. The original Certificate of Title that is signed by the Seller and the Buyer

2. Smog Certificate (call us to check if your vehicle is exempt from the smog check)

For complicated Title Transfer transaction, please give us a call so we can advise you better.

Do I need to make appointment?

Nope! Walk-ins always welcome. Our normal business hour is from Mon to Fri (9AM to 6PM) and Sat (9AM to 5PM). However, during the COVID-19 pandemic, we are remained open from 9 AM to 4 PM from Monday to Friday and 10 AM to 3 PM on Saturday.

Can I renew my Registration and get the Sticker/Tag right away?

Of course, yes! We provide instant DMV services at our office. You can certainly get your Registration Renewal done in minutes and get the sticker/tag at the same time.  

Somebody stole my car plate number, can I get new plate from you?

Right away! We can help you to substitute your car's plate number and give you new plates (back and front) instantly.  

I mailed a check to the DMV for my car Registration Renewal but I haven't received the sticker for over a month. What can I do?

Don't worry! We can help you to check whether the DMV has processed your transaction. If it was successfully processed and you did not receive the sticker, your mail might get lost. Then, we can help you to substitute the sticker, you don't have to pay for the registration fees that had already been paid but the replacement fees.  

My car is way too old and does not pass the smog check. Can you help to sell my car to the DMV?

Yes, we can help you file an application to retire your car to the California Bureau of Automotive Repair through a Vehicle Retirement Program.

Can I renew my Driver License/ID here?

Nope! We are authorized by the DMV for vehicle-related transactions only including Title Transfer, Vehicle Registration, Registration Renewal, Plate Replacement, Vin Verification, and other related service. We do not offer services for DL/ID.
