VIRTUAL ASSISTANT

The VA will provide a high-level professional administrative service by working on tasks and projects as assigned by the client, and ensuring they are executed on time and to the highest level of quality. Virtual Assistants are expected to be available for the team during defined West Coast (PST) service hours of 9:00 am - 6:00 pm on Monday to Friday, send weekly usage reports, respond to all communication, maintain detailed, and up-to-date client profiles.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming phone calls and take concise messages as needed
  • Maintain and update client databases with necessary information
  • Create actionable tasks within agency CRM tool (Ezlyxn) for other staff to reference
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve any operational issues quickly
  • Track and prioritize daily tasks to ensure any deadlines are met
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with carriers, supervisors, and clients
  • Assist CSRs in providing existing clients with certificates of insurance, process changes, report claims, etc

Job Qualifications:

  • Detail oriented with ability to take direction well
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Customer Service experience, with friendly and helpful demeanor
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-up
  • Ability to represent the company in a professional and positive manner
  • Fluent in English, Bilingual is a plus
